Graffiti Removal Release Form Fax to City of Richmond,
Department of Public Works @ (804) 646-1424 or mail to address
on form. The city will keep the release on file and you should
not have to refile to get graffiti removed in the future.
Street
Closing Permit Application Form -
You can download the form for making an application to
the City of Richmond
to close a street for block parties or other events. You
are required to provide a commercial general liability insurance
policy with a combined single limit of not less than one
million dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence. Insurance
can be arranged through the City of Richmond, Risk Management
Office, by contacting Evan Chesterman on 646-5617. For
questions regarding the permit please contact City of Richmond
Police Special Operations Division, Permits & Special
Events Coordinator on 646-1717. The
forms can be faxed to 646-1830. It is strongly suggested
that to discuss your event with the coordinator to get all
of the details. You are also responsible for the renting
of the traffic closing signs and detail are provided in the
package.
