FDA Board Rules for Guest Presentations

  1. Presentation are limited to 10 minutes, please allow 3 minutes for questions
  2. Presenters are required to reserve time on the agenda a minimum of 1 week before the Board Meeting and submit a request form
  3. A copy of all mateials used during the presentation must be provided to the FDA Secretary fda-sect@fandistrict.org a minimum of 1-week prior to the meeing for distribution to the Board. Information should be provided in electronic format if possible.
  4. The FDA is a non-political organization and does not endorse political candidates -- candidates are free to present to the board and all rules above apply.
