Security of Customer Data - The FDA uses 128-bit SSL Certificate to encrypt all credit card data that travels over the internet. In addition we DO NOT share Customer or Member information with anyone other than FDA Board members and select Committee Chairs on an as needed basis. Detailed membership and customer information is not available to our members or the general public. We never sell data to anyone.
We capture the following information: Name, Address, City, State, Zip code, Telephone Number and email address. We do not retain credit card number or expiration date, this information is used for the billing only.
Refund/Cancellation
Tickets - The FDA is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization as defined under IRS rules. The FDA considers the purchase of tickets and other items as a donation and therefore we do not refund the purchase of tickets nor do we prorate membership should your resign during any calendar year.
Shipping and Delivery
We do not mail your tickets. Tickets, etc. will be held at a "Will-call" table at the House Tour Information Center as published on our web site. You can present your receipt to obtain your tickets.
