Welcome to the West Grace Street Association, which represents residents of the Fan District in Richmond, Virginia, who live on West Grace Street between Lombardy Street and the Boulevard.

This area was designated by the City of Richmond an Old & Historic District in 1996 following a series of public meetings, an overwhelmingly positive vote of the property owners, and a formal request by the association.

Membership application is open to all who reside in the area and all who own property in the area.
