Hospitality Centers
For your convenience, the Fan Holiday House Tour will include four Hospitality Centers. These centers feature limited parking, a trolley stop, refreshments, restroom facilities and entertainment.

FOR THE CONSIDERATION OF OTHERS
- High-heeled shoes are not allowed, as they damage historic wood floors. Flat-soled shoes are safe and more comfortable for strolling uneven sidewalks.
- As a courtesy to fellow tour guests, please turn off cell phones inside tour properties.
- Photography and videotaping are not allowed inside tour homes.
- No smoking, eating or drinking inside tour homes.
- Backpacks and strollers are not allowed inside tour homes.
- Please remember that you will be touring private residences so please do not touch furniture and decorative objects.
- Private homes are not handicap accessible and wheelchairs cannot be accommodated.
Houses will be open on Saturday and Sunday rain or shine.
All sales are final.

The Fan Holiday House Tour is a fund-raising event. The Fan District Association uses the proceeds from this annual event to continue its mission toward the preservation, restoration and betterment of our urban community. |

GROUP RATES are available at a 20% discount per person for groups of 15 or more if purchased in a block at the same time.
