TREES AND PARKS Partners with residents, the city, and VCU to keep our parks and alleys looking beautiful. | CODE ENFORCEMENT AND ZONING Maintains the character of our neighborhood and ensures all codes and zoning appeals are in the neighborhood’s best interest. | MEMBERSHIP Ensures the benefits of FDA are open to all homeowners, renters, and businesses. |
