VCU PARTNERSHIP

The FDA is partnered with VCU to Promote a Diverse, Urban Community. Our neighborhood’s location, next to a major urban university, offers a wide variety of opportunities and experiences - educational, cultural, artistic, athletic possibilities…to name a few - that can add to the advantages of living in the Fan. VCU isn't just for students. ARTS

VCU School of Arts Events - Sculpture, painting, music, theater, film, dance: learn about upcoming arts events at VCU.

The Anderson Gallery - The Anderson Gallery is the exhibition facility of the VCU School of the Arts, ranked consistently as the top public university school of arts and design in the country by U.S. News & World Report.

VCU Film - The VCU Arts Grace Street Theater at 934 W. Grace St. regularly programs and presents 35mm films. All screenings are free of charge, Tuesday evenings at 7 p.m.

LIBRARY

VCU Libraries are open to the public. For checkout privileges, become a Friend of the Library (donation of at least $100 per year). Cabell Library, in the Fan, holds extensive archives on the Fan, Richmond, and Virginia.


MEDICAL
