Now in its sixth decade, the Fan District Association Holiday House Tour features homes that capture the neighborhood’s architectural cohesiveness, yet its spectacular distinctiveness, that exists nowhere else in the United States. Come see what makes the Fan uniquely Richmond!

This much-loved, annual tradition is expected to bring more than 1500 visitors to the historic Fan District, which is the largest intact Victorian district in the country. Ticket holders will be able to tour nine spectacular and festively decorated properties, while enjoying the vibrant neighborhood and its unique architectural character.

Notes on tickets:

• Tickets are good for both days of the tour.
• Each home may only be toured once.
• Tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, we are happy to accept the purchase as a donation to our non-profit and provide you with a tax deductible receipt.
  
• Additional information about receiving tickets will be shared closer to the event.
• This tour is primarily a walking tour and there are many stairs leading up to and inside the homes. Small trams will be available along the route.
